Support

Most problems with this server are one of six things, and all six have a fix you can apply yourself in under a minute. Start here; if none of them is it, write to us and a human will read it.

Check these first

What you seeWhat to do
404 The URL is missing /mcp, or has a trailing slash. It must be exactly https://mcp.maxdatathailand.com/mcp — no slash on the end.
401 API key: the Authorization header isn’t arriving, or the key is wrong or revoked. Check for the literal word Bearer, one space, then the key. OAuth: disconnect and re-connect from the client — refresh tokens expire after 90 days.
Insufficient credits The balance is spent. Credits are a fixed allocation and do not refill on their own — ask your administrator for a top-up, or write to us. Run my_usage (free) to see the exact balance.
Response too large Narrow the request: fewer rows, fewer columns, or an aggregate. You were not charged for the refused call.
Daily data limit reached You have used the 100 MB daily allowance. It resets at midnight.
Rate limit More than 60 calls in one minute. Wait a moment and retry.
Couldn’t connect at all Confirm the URL and the header first. If both are right, try the desktop config-file method described on the connection page.

Keys and credits are managed in your Max Data account, not here: Settings → MCP issues keys, revokes them, and shows your balance.

Write to us

Email nikolozk@maxsolutions.co.th directly, or use the form below — it opens a pre-filled message in your own mail app.

Just email us instead

This form has no server behind it. Pressing the button builds a mailto: link in your browser — nothing is submitted or stored here, and the message goes straight from your mail app to us.

Replies come from nikolozk@maxsolutions.co.th, from Bangkok (UTC+7). Including the tool name, the client, and the verbatim error usually turns two round trips into one.

Reporting something wrong in the data

Max Data is built from public registry filings and public web sources, and both can be stale or mistaken. If a figure, a director, or a contact detail is wrong, tell us the company’s registration number (jp_no) and the field, and we will check it against the source.

Red flags are signals, not findings. The red_flags a profile returns mark patterns worth a human look — late filings, negative equity, unusual board overlap. They are not allegations of wrongdoing about any company or person, and should not be reported or republished as if they were.

To ask about personal data held about you as a company director, see the privacy policy — it sets out how to make an access, correction, or objection request.

Service status

The server reports its own health at https://mcp.maxdatathailand.com/health. If that page responds and your client still cannot connect, the problem is in the connection settings rather than the service — work through the table above. If it does not respond, we are already looking at it; an email still helps us size the impact.
